LAHORE – The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle had a fashion faux pas when she arrived at the Polynesian Kingdom of Tonga along with Prince Harry on Thursday. Prince Harry and Meghan are currently on a 6-day royal tour of Australia and South Pacific that started from October 16. It will end on October 31 with their visit to New Zealand.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Charlotte Hawkins, 43, said the gaffe was ‘easily done’ and might have happened because the label is often hidden in different places in women’s clothes and you don’t automatically know where to look.
The tag did not appear to be immediately noticed by staff – remaining there for at least five minutes as she was being introduced to a waiting party at the airport.
