WASHINGTON – US President Donald Trump hurts Muslim sentiments yet again by re-tweeting ‘unverified’ anti-Muslim videos from his personal account to his over 43 million followers. The videos were originally posted by Jayda Fransen, deputy leader of Britain’s First far-right group.
The horrifying fact is that Jayda Fransen has previously been convicted of religious harassment. The biases shown by the leader of the far-right group and Trump re-tweeting it shows the prejudice the two hold against Islam and Muslims.
In one of the three videos, posted by Jayda and re-tweeted by Trumps, a group of people pushing a boy from the roof of a building, the second video shows a man destroying a statue of the Virgin Mary and the third shows immigrants hitting Dutch.
While the origin of these videos is unclear and there is no evidence that the boy beating up is Muslim or an immigrant, however, all three videos are spreading the anti-Muslim sentiments and hatred towards Islam.

Twitteratis criticized President Trump’s action to re-tweet these unverified videos.
Brendan Cox, whose wife, British MP Jo Cox, was murdered by a right-wing extremist who shouted “Britain First” before committing the act, has condemned the action.
Trump has legitimised the far right in his own country, now he’s trying to do it in ours. Spreading hatred has consequences & the President should be ashamed of himself.

TV presenter and journalist Piers Morgan, who has called himself a “friend” of the president, tweeted: “What the hell are you doing?”
Good morning, Mr President @realDonaldTrump – what the hell are you doing retweeting a bunch of unverified videos by Britain First, a bunch of disgustingly racist far-right extremists?
Please STOP this madness & undo your retweets.— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) November 29, 2017
