ABU DHABI – Karachi Kings defeated Multan Sultans in the latest encounter of Pakistan Super League season 4 on Monday.
Batting first, Multan Sultans set a target of 119 runs for Karachi as no batsmen were able to stay on the pitch. Hammad Azam scored 29 while the skipper Shoaib Malik added 26 to the total.
Chasing a considerably easy target, Karachi Kings lost 5 wickets and clinched the target in 20th over. Liam Livingstone scored 53 while Colin Ingram added 31 to the chase.
Usman Shinwari took 4 wickets for 15 balls while Umer Khan bagged 3. Shinwari was awarded the Man of the Match award for his spectacular show.
