BUSTED: Indian sex predator who used exam data to sexually exploit, blackmail girls

HYDERABAD (Web Desk) – Indian police has recently busted a sex predator from Hyderabad who is accused of using exam data to sexually exploit and blackmail girls of matriculation and intermediate and university entrance examination.

According to First Post Kalakanda Madhu, who suspended as assistant manager in the Food Corporation of India from Nalgonda in Telangana, also maintained a register where he listed phone numbers and addresses of more than 5000 girls and marked ‘over’ before the girls’ name he was done with.

The police officials said that the 33-year-old culprit downloading the profiles and contact information from the hall-ticket data of girl students of class 10, intermediate, Osmania University Common Entrance Test, and Osmania University PG examinations, which was made available online to assist the candidates.

Using the downloaded data Madhu used to approach the girls while depicting himself as a career counsellor. He used to make the calls after sending them postcard greetings on their respective birthdays (as obtained form the examination hall-ticket data).

If the parents of the girls answered, he would cut the call. If the girls themselves answered, he would convince them to meet him, and once girls gets friendly, he collected the social network profiles of some of those girls.

Madhu sexually abused whoever surrendered to him and blackmailed a few others, who were reluctant, by saying that he would post sensitive information and upload their obscene pictures on social media.

The authorities told newsmen that culprit used unregistered mobile phone SIMs to approach the girls that is why he remained successful for years, despite having registered sex assault cases against him in 2012.

The police recovered several bottles of I-pills (medicine to prevent pregnancy), 19 mobile phones, a desktop and a laptop, two motorcycles, and the pen drive in which the data is stored in digital form, from his residence.
