Trump accused of raping, threatening to kill 13-year old girl in Manhattan

MANHATTAN (Web Desk) – The presumptive Republican standard-bearer Donald Trump who is famous for his controversial statements is in hot waters again as he has been accused of raping and then threatening to kill a 13-year-old girl in 1994, according to a civil lawsuit filed in a Manhattan Federal Court last Monday.

The complainant, anonymously referred to as Jane Doe, alleged that Trump lured her and other young women to a series of parties with promises of riches and a lucrative modeling career. Doe said that Trump tied her to the bed, then raped her. She begged him to stop but Trump said he would do whatever he wanted to.

“Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed,” Jane Doe said.

Doe says that Trump then allowed his moneyed friend Epstein to rape her twice and strike her. Epstein is now a registered sex offender and has served a brief sentence in jail.

Jane Doe says she had attempted to file a case against Trump last April in California, but the case was dismissed for “improper paperwork.”

Referring to the April lawsuit, Trump said that there was “absolutely no merit to these allegations.”

Doe said in the court that the stress of seeing her attacker all over the media had finally compelled her to come forward.

The lawsuit’s next step is to persuade a federal judge to waive the five-year statute of limitations on civil rape cases in New York, on the grounds that her “freedom of will” was denied to her by Donald Trump.
