At just 19, Muhammad Shoaib balances entrepreneurship, digital content creation, and sports management in Bajaur.
The young entrepreneur has built a presence on TikTok through his videos while also working on various business projects. His recent venture into sports organisation brought him into the spotlight after he took charge of the first Bajaur Premier League (BPL).
Held from September 15 to 20, the inaugural BPL featured eight teams and offered a total prize pool of Rs 100 million. Shoaib served as the tournament’s chief organiser, and his own team, Steagle Cricket Club, went on to win the first edition.
Organising the tournament gave Shoaib the opportunity to manage a major sporting event in his hometown, handling responsibilities ranging from planning to coordination, while also being connected with one of the participating teams.
Beyond cricket, Shoaib continues to focus on entrepreneurship and content creation. Through TikTok, he shares parts of his work and activities with his growing audience.
Shoaib has said he wants to continue expanding the Bajaur Premier League, describing the upcoming editions as an opportunity to further develop cricket activities in the region.
At an age when many are still exploring career paths, Shoaib is building experience across multiple fields, from digital media to business and sports management. His journey reflects the growing role of young entrepreneurs in creating new opportunities in their communities.
