HOOD COUNTY (Web Desk) – An image of a Texas council worker fixing a water main break near a woman’s home has gone viral as it captures dedication and commitment of the worker.
The 23-year-old was recently photographed submerged from the waist up in muck, inverted, as he tried to fix a water line of a woman’s home.
Jimmie Cox said he can’t believe the attention the photo has garnered, either.
“In this line of work, people do it a lot,” he said.
“The hole was about five-and-a-half foot deep. There was a lady running around,” he added.
Surprisingly the lady who posted the picture first had to close down her facebook account as she received tonnes of messages and comments lauding the dedicated worker.
