KHANPUR (Web Desk) – Three persons were killed and four others injured in a clash between two groups on the ownership of a stone crushing plant at Suraj Gali here on Saturday.
According to police, the armed men of both groups opened indiscriminate firing.
Amanullah Khan, resident of Mardan and Dilawar Khan, resident of Afghan Refugee Camp No 13 Haripur, on the spot while an unknown person died in hospital.
The injured were first shifted to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Khanpur where after receiving initial treatment they were referred to District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) Haripur owing to their critical position.
The police have arrested five accused.
