LARKANA: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari lashed out at incumbent government on Tuesday, announcing his intention to hold a political long march for acceptance of PPP’s four demands.
Bilawal taking the stage after his father Asif Ali Zardari said, “I asked you to bring a foreign minister, who could represent Pakistan, but you did not take action.”
He urged the nation to be prepared to topple the ‘Badshahat’ of Jati Umra. The PPP chairman alleged that Pakistan was in danger owing to personal interests of rulers, adding “I will fight for the prestige of the country, for justice, for the rights of the citizens and for the legacy of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.”
He also alleged that PM Nawaz has facilitators of terrorists in his cabinet, adding, “Your brother begged the terrorists not to kill them and you want me not to speak out .”
Remembering his mother, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, he said that she fought for poor people and faced challenges with determination. “A few people never die; rather their ideologies and achievements live on,” Bilawal said, adding that “Zulfikar Ali Bhutto continues to live on in history and in the hearts of people.”
