COLOMBO – Bismah Maroof become the first Pakistani batswoman to reach 2000 runs in One-Day Internationals (ODIs).
The 25-year-old was congratulated by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on social media website Twitter on Wednesday.
She achieved the position during Pakistan’s match in the ICC Women’s World Cup Qualifier at Colombo today.

Pakistan defeated Bangladesh by 67 runs in this match after Sana captured two wickets for just 19 runs in ten overs.
