PM Nawaz arrives in Kazakhstan

ASTANA: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has arrived at Astana, Kazakhstan on a two-day visit.

He will participate in the two-day meeting of the Heads of State Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) beginning today.

Talking to newsmen on board the flight, the Prime Minister said peace in Afghanistan is imperative for peace in the region. He said a peaceful Afghanistan is in the interest of Pakistan.

He said Pakistan will not allow use of its soil against any other country for subversive activities. – APP
