RAWALPINDI – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said Operation Khyber-IV has successfully cleared over 90 per cent of the whole area from terrorists.

The COAS thanked Allah Almighty and acknowledged that Pakistan Army rose to the expectations of the people of Pakistan, General Bajwa said this while addressing soldiers and officers during his visit to Rajgal valley of Khyber Agency on Saturday.
He praised the brave soldiers and officers who took part in Operation IV which is the part of nationwide Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad to eradicate terrorism from the country, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) quoted the COAS as saying.

The army chief praised the valour of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) for targeting terrorist hide outs and destroying their camps.
“We are on the path of prosperity and peace with the cooperation of nation,” he stressed.
Earlier, Commander Peshawar Corps Lieutenant General Nazir Ahmed Butt and IGFC KP North Major General Shaheen Mazhar Mehmood, Commander Khyber-4 operation received the COAS on arrival in operational area.-Online
