LAHORE – A petition has been filed in Supreme Court seeking registration of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto model case against Nawaz Sharif due to death of a 12-year-old boy during PML-N rally at GT Road.
A petitioner Mehmood Akhtar Naqvi filed a petition in SC Lahore Registry on Saturday.
The petitioner took the plea that one vehicle from PML-N rally had crushed to death a 12 years old boy at G T Road while the man traveling in respective vehicle did not bother to stop and rescue the boy.
He prayed the court to order to register Bhutto model case against Nawaz Sharif and run it in high court besides providing justice to victim family.
