People-kind , not mankind , says Trudeau, causes controversy

ALBERTA- Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is facing a controversy with critics accusing him of “mansplaining”, “virtue-signaling” and making up words. It all started when during a town hall event in Edmonton, Alberta, last week, Mr Trudeau interrupted a young woman and urged her to say “peoplekind” instead.

The Internet has mixed reactions to offer to it with some praising Trudeau’s efforts to political correctness and some criticising him for taking it too far.

Ben McDonald, a college student, called it amazing.

James Underwood wasn’t amused at all.

Hareega, a Twitter handle, came to the rescue of Trudeau.

Robert DiRocco called it a small step towards gender equality.

Benjamin Wright was quick to call Trudeau “a fool of the highest order.”

Andy Gruhn didn’t like the debate and came up with an idea…

Cin Sity Kinghts, a Twitter handel, brought up ‘Mother Nature’.

Justin Trudeau is a proud feminist and is often criticised for his political correctness. The prime minister had, before, supported making the lyrics of national anthem more gender-neutral.
