LAHORE – Asma Jehangir is being awarded UN Human Rights Prize posthumously. Previous winners have been extraordinarily great personalities such as Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela and Jimmy Carter. Asma will now be included in the list for her outstanding work and courage in a country that discriminates way too much between genders. Asma has given her best to Pakistan in the form of her hard work in the legal field.
