Reportedly, he was given Rs. 20 crore right after giving his nod to the filmmaker to go ahead with the movie.
The movie narrates Dhoni’s journey from a Train Ticket Examiner (TTE) in Ranchi, to becoming one of the most entertaining cricketers in world cricket.
However, an average salary of a TTE in India is around 30k pay per month.
