Hong Kong’s national team fast bowler Ayush Shukla has made history by delivering four maiden overs in a T20 International match.
Ayush Shukla achieved this feat against Mongolia, where he bowled all four of his overs without conceding a single run and also took one wicket.
In T20 International history, Ayush Shukla is the third bowler in the world and the fourth overall to bowl four consecutive maiden overs.
Among those who have delivered a 24-ball spell without giving up a run in T20 Internationals are Canada’s Saad Bin Zafar and New Zealand’s Lockie Ferguson, while India’s Akshay Karnewar has accomplished this feat in domestic cricket.
