PARIS – An explosion has been reported outside the building housing Jordan’s military mission in Paris on Wednesday morning, international media reported.
As per reports, a motorbike is flaming outside the building on the chic Avenue Foch in western Paris, while the cause of the blast are not clear yet.
It is not clear yet whether anyone was hurt in the explosion.
The Independent news quoted Abdallah Alolaimat, a consular official at the Jordanian embassy in Paris, as saying, “None of the country’s staff were hurt and he did not believe the office was deliberately targeted”.
Jordan Foreign Ministry spokesman said the explosion caused minor damage to vehicles parked near the building.
