LAHORE – Online shopping has grown massively across the globe as well as in Pakistan with the added advantage of free delivery and returns, however, the style of shopping has its drawbacks as well, one of which is poor quality control.
Daraz.pk is one of the most popular e-commerce store in Pakistan and it provides a large range of products from electronics to household items to everyday usage items, however, some of the users are not satisfied with its products.
Recently, a Reddit user named ‘u/selective_mutist ‘ shared his unpleasant experience of shopping through Daraz.pk. The social media user has shared a picture of a violin bow which he had ordered online through the leading online shopping app of Pakistan.
Unfortunately, the bow was delivered to the client in a broken form. It may be due to the improper packing being done by the Daraz.pk officials and the product was not being handled with care, however, the mishandling dealt a blow to the customer.

Mix reactions are being seen on the broken violin bows by internet users. We hope that the customer gets a refund with new bow so that the online shopping portal doesn’t face criticism from buyers.
Customers service is an important aspect for any seller and it should be always taken care of especially by Daraz which is booming across the country.
