ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been issued an No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the Islamabad rally.
The district administration has granted PTI both the NOC and the route plan for the rally in Islamabad.
According to the NOC, the permission for the rally is valid only for September 8. The organisers will be responsible for the security of participants within the rally area, and no public or private property should be damaged.
The NOC specifies that participants must not disrupt the fundamental rights of Islamabad residents, and no roads will be blocked. The rally will begin at 4PM and must conclude by 7PM, with organisers responsible for dispersing participants afterward.
Additionally, the NOC from the district administration states that rally participants must not carry any lethal or non-lethal weapons, and no violence or clashes will occur. Any damage to public or private property will be the responsibility of the rally organisers.
