KARACHI – An accountability court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against former Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon here on Saturday.
The warrants were issued as the accused Memon failed to appear before the court. The counsel of Sharjeel Memon stated that Sharjeel was ill and hospitalised.
On the other hand, NAB’s representative requested the court to issue warrants for Memon. He alleged that the accused intentionally refrained from appearing before the court. He went on to claim that no order was issued by Sindh High Court.
