Donning the Pakistan Air Force uniform, the star is channeling his inner patriotic self.
This will also be Ahad’s debut film.
Speaking about his role in the film earlier, Ahad had said, “My role in PHJ is quite simple, it’s the role of a cadet, very hard-headed and a pretty aggressive character but he’s a lot of fun too. Film is what I have always wanted to do from a very young age; it’s actually been the ultimate goal so it’s been quite an emotional endeavour for me.”
Directed by Haseeb Hassan, ‘Parwaaz Hai Junoon’ is a Hum TV venture in collaboration with Pakistan Air Force (PAF). It hopes to pay the rightful tribute to the armed forces and will be highlighting true events in the film along with real-life air force pilots and personalities alongside the lead cast.
Also starring Hamza Ali Abbasi, Shamoon Ali Abbasi, Shaz Khan, Kubra Khan and Hania Amir, the film is slated to release on Eid ul-fitr this year.
