PESHAWAR –  In a move to ease the financial burden on consumers, Utility Stores Corporation has announced a 10% price reduction on a wide range of products.

During a press conference in Peshawar, Ali Johar Khaleel, Zonal Head of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Utility Stores, announced that the price cuts will apply to over 800 items. These include ghee from 48 major brands, dry milk, tea, pickles, dry spices, soap, and other essential goods.

The price reduction, which ranges from 8 to 200 rupees per item, is effective immediately. This initiative is aimed at helping consumers cope with the current inflationary pressures.

Ali Johar Khaleel explained that the decision to lower prices was driven by the need to address public concerns about rising living costs. He also noted that further reductions may be introduced in the near future to provide additional relief.

This price adjustment is expected to make essential goods more affordable for households facing economic difficulties, offering some relief in these challenging times.
