ISLAMABAD – The federal government has appointed Arif Usmani as the president of the National Bank of Pakistan on Tuesday.
According to an official notification, the appointment has been made under the section 11 (3)(a) of the Banks (Nationalisation) Act, 1974.
The notification said that Usmani has been made President of the NBP for three years with Immediate Effect.
