Customization of Food
- The primary factors are usually the food itself (e.g. vegetarian, seafood, steak)
- the cuisine (e.g. Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, French, Mexican, Thai)
- The style of offering (e.g. tapasbar, a sushi train, a tastet restaurant, a buffet restaurant or a yum cha restaurant).
Beyond this, restaurants may differentiate themselves on factors including speed (see fast food), formality, location, cost, service, or novelty. The Restaurants also range from inexpensive and informal lunching or dining places catering to people working nearby, with modest food served in simple settings at low prices.
None of the restaurants has focused the interest of the customer like what customer requires? Which ingredient he wants more in the dish and which one less or neither required? Furthermore, no one has opened a restaurant for the patients who could enjoy the environment and eat with their beloved ones while seeing them eating.
There are almost 1500000 in this world, but none of the restaurants is catering to the desire of patients and making the Customize Food (Food According to the desire of the Customer). In our restaurant “Eat your Choice” Customer will be served food, drinks according to their desire/ demand. Our main focus will be on the Patients who cannot go out along their families/ beloved ones and enjoy the environment. We will be providing them according to their demand like people who have diabetes we will be providing them the food free of sugar and unhealthy carbs and spices. For the blood pressure patients, we will be providing food according to their requirements free of fats, less salt. Furthermore, we will provide “Order Form” in which customer will fill the requirements or mention the disease. We will provide the best and the fresh and hygiene quality of food to our customers.
Now with the increase of disease many people are recommended to avoid the restaurants Fast and Junk food, to overcome this issue and to give the opportunity to the patients to spend time with family and provide food according to the doctors instructions for the patients and food for the health customer can be provided under the same roof according to their taste and demand/desire for this reason Doctors will be giving 10-15 minutes weekly lectures to chefs and the management about the major disease like Diabetes, Blood Pressure, cholesterol and other major diseases in which food’s prohibition is required. Moreover, Doctors will be asked to refer our product.
We visit thousands of restaurants but none of them asks the desire of the customer, they simply provide the same product they are producing like McDonald's provides the same burger when ordered if you ask for double cheese they do not provide that service.
“Eat your Choice” will provide the order according to the customer desire e.g. if a Diabetes patient cannot eat the sugar and oil we will make the order according to their requirements either in Olive oil or as per customer requirement. By this, we can extend our target market and can cater those people/customer who cannot go out with families due to the prohibition in food. This will increase the attachment between the customers. Customers will also feel a personal attachment with the restaurant.
No Organization or firm is providing food in the Hospital which is according to the doctors prescribed. We will make different hygiene, quality and economical boxes on daily basis for the patients and to cater to the hospital public. There are even many people from other cities especially in Government hospitals they could also get these boxes at the very economical price. Moreover, sportsmen, who are very conscious about their diet we will be providing different types of salads, drinks and different dishes with very limited fats and carbs with the passage of time we can start providing our service in gyms because builders mostly take boiled eggs, fruits and vegetables after the physical training.
All the vegetables, fruits, meat and other stuff will be bought on the daily basis so that we could deliver our customer the fresh hygiene and quality product so that they could rely on our product and they could recommend to others. The food will be cooked in the live kitchen so that customer could visit the kitchen at every time and check the cleanness of our kitchen. We want to develop the brand positioning in the customer mind and to make “Eat your Choice” their first and priority choice.
As there are millions of restaurants which are differentiated on many different basis but none of them have tried the “Customization of food” in which the restaurants will be providing food according to the customer demand. The business will be Process based rather than the Product base. Meanwhile, with increasing rates of deaths among different types of patients, we have decided to capture the niche market of patients to help them spend time with their beloved ones and enjoy the environment. Furthermore, in future, we will further extend our market to sportsmen and hospitals deliveries.
