ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said scope of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has been enlarged by including social sector development along with energy, infrastructure and transport.
He was addressing China-Pakistan Business Roundtable Conference in Lahore on Monday.
He said China-Pakistan Economic Corridor will help in the uplift of backward areas of the country.
Ahsan Iqbal said development of CPEC would accelerate growth rates for both China and Pakistan resulting in peace, harmony and progress.
