Line of Control (LoC) refers to the military control line between the Indian and Pakistani controlled parts of the former princely state of Jammu and Kashmir.
As per ISPR, India resorts to unprovoked firing sporadically at the LoC and so the adjoining areas are tightly guarded and secured; Pakistan’s top commanders keep on visiting the place to ensure the safety and security of the region.
