Recently, the Khoobsurat leading actress Ayesha Khan also shared the motivational post to raise mental health awareness. She has been talking about many issues in the past also. Life is not easy it is a journey of ups and downs and one has to cop up with these fluctuations with hope, strength and courage.
Ayesha stated that “In our language of love and support we often say, “It’ll be okay”. We treat the phrase like a cure-all. A prayer that keeps the darkness at bay.”

The actor stressed the fact that we should not blame ourselves for feeling a certain way and it does not mean you are ungrateful or selfish. It just means you’re going through a hard time, and you just need some help getting through it, and that is okay.“Be kind. Be gentle. Be Aware.
