Qatar handed over list of demands to end Arab crisis
DOHA - A list of demands prepared by Arab countries, who severed diplomatic and economic relations with Qatar on allegedly supporting terrorism, has been reportedly handed over to Doha, international media reported.

It is being reported that Kuwait gave the list of neighbouring countries including Saudi Arabia, Bharain, UAE and Egypt to isolated country for ending the days-long boycott.

According to Alarabiya news, Doha has been asked to shut leading news channel Al Jazeera, sever relations with Iran, stop the establishment of a military base by Turkey in Qatar and cutting military cooperation with the NATO member.

The countries has given 10 days deadline to Doha to comply with the demands, while list will become "void" after the deadline.

UAE state minister for foreign affairs Anwar Gargash announced a day earlier that a list of demands is outlined for Qatar to end the boycott.

Gargash talking to Al-Hayat newspaper said that Qatar must follow the decision of the Gulf Cooperaton Council if it wants to restore ties, adding that the country should end financing to extremist and terrorists in Syria and Libya and to abandon hosting listed personalities.

Arab Crisis

On June 5, five Arab states, including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Yemen and Egypt announced to cut all diplomatic relations with fellow Gulf Arab state, Qatar, for allegedly supporting terrorism and extremism.

Saudi Arabia's official state news agency, citing an official source, said the Kingdom had decided to break relations with Qatar "proceeding from the exercise of its sovereign right guaranteed by international law and the protection of national security from the dangers of terrorism and extremism".
