ISLAMABAD (Online) – Despite de-notification by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Ayaz Sadiq continues to appear as Speaker National Assembly on the lower house’s official website.
ECP has not only de-notified Ayaz Sadiq as a Member of National Assembly but also declared his constituency NA-122 as vacant.
In the absence of a stay order from the Supreme Court, Ayaz Sadiq cannot continue to show himself as holding the office of Speaker NA.
