PPP’s Chaudhry Muhammad Yaseen is out ahead in Kotli 3, with 137 of the constituency’s 166 polling stations counted. He has 10,452 votes against PML-N’s Raja Fateh Mehmood, who has 6,932 votes.
Yaseen’s lead of roughly 3,500 votes, with most stations already reporting, gives PPP reason for confidence here.
