CALIFORNIA – Social messaging service WhatsApp has rolled out a new feature that allows Facebook and Instagram videos to play directly in WhatsApp application.
The new feature will play Facebook or Instagram video straight from WhatsApp application that means user won’t need to switch to another app to see the incoming multimedia content.
Additionally, with picture-in-picture feature, users can keep watching the video even if they move between other chats.
The new features will be available with the version 2.18.51 update for iOS. An update for Android hasn’t been released yet.
