MUZAFFARABAD – Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider has said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s candidate for the PM’s slot (Sheikh Rashid) “is not a man but a eunuch”.
Addressing a press conference on Monday, Mr Haider once again denied saying Kashmiris were considering not remaining with Pakistan after Nawaz Sharif’s disqualification. The AJK prime minister said he had earlier been quoted out of context and he was hurt by people doubting his loyalty to Pakistan.

“Pakistan is my country and nobody can doubt my love for the country and loyalty to it.
“But I won’t accept Imran Khan’s Pakistan. I believe in the Quaid-e-Azam’s Pakistan,” he added.
“The entire Pakistan is Kashmir and all of Kashmir is Pakistan,” he further remarked.
Farooq Haider was quoted by a newspaper as saying during a joint presser with Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeezur Rehman that the “AJK people would think now to which country they should make annexation to”.

The latest press conference comes days after Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf nominated Awami Muslim League Chairman Sheikh Rasheed for premiership while expressing reservations on Pakistan Muslim League-N’s candidate Shehbaz Sharif for the seat of prime minister.
On the other hand, the PML-N has announced the former state minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi as an interim PM while Punjab CM Shehbaz Sharif will later take over the premiership, given he wins in National Assembly.
