LAHORE – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday clarified the viral video of Pakistani cricketers sitting in a Shisha bar was recorded two days before the India match.
“The players spent time with their families with the approval of management some two days before to the Pakistan and India match,” the PCB statement explained
A video, in which, Shoaib Malik, Imam-ul-Haq, Wahab Raz and Imad Wasim can be seen enjoying in a Shisha bar with Indian tennis star Sania Mirza, has taken the internet by storm.
No cricketers broke the curfew as all players were in their rooms on Saturday night prior to the match on Sunday, the statement added.
