Fatima Butto to attend Sharjah International Book Fair 2015

SHARJAH (Staff Report) – Pakistan’s renowned writer Fatima Bhutto, who also happens to be grand daughter of former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, will also be attending the Sharjah International Book Fair 2015 on Friday (November 6).

She will be participate in the book fair, that will continue till November 14, as a guest in a literary event from 8:30pm to 9:30pm, which will be attended by guests from four countries. The event will be chaired by Ali al-Shali.

Fatima Bhutto has been a well acknowledged writer from Pakistan. She wrote her first book in 2006 which is title as “8:50am October 8, 2005” after the historic 7.6 magnitude earthquake that affected northern areas of Pakistan.

Her second book “Song of Blood and Sword” was published in 2010, which discussed the story of murder of her father Mir Murtaza Bhutto. She wrote third book “The shadow of the crescent moon” in 2013, which is a novel based on the story of three brothers and a woman from tribal region of Pakistan. The book was appreciated worldwide.
