CPEC to improve Pakistani economy, says Argentinian ambassador

KARACHI (Staff Report) – The Argentinian ambassador to Pakistan Mr Rodolfo J. Martin Saravia has said that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and other economic developments in the region will help Pakistan to revive its economy.

Speaking at “Meet The Editors” event arranged by the Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editors (CPNE), he said that whole world appreciates the successes achieved during operation Zarb-e-Azb to curb the menace of terrorism. The Pakistani nation has fought the war on terror on behalf of whole world with great determination, he said.

He further said that Islam is a religion of peace and its followers are also peaceful and discourage the acts of violence against humanity.

The ambassador, who is due to leave in March this year upon completion of tenure, appreciated the hospitality of people of Pakistan as well.

On the occasion key members of CPNE also delivered addresses. A questions and answers session was also held in the end.
