KARACHI – Gold continued gaining streak in new business week in line upward trend in international market on Monday.
Data shared by All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association showed per tola gold price moved up by Rs200 to settle at Rs275,700.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold increased by Rs171 to reach Rs236,368.
The precious commodity registered gains of $3 in the international market where per ounce was traded at $2,659.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged in Pakistan as per tola rate stood at Rs3,050 while per 10-gram was traded at Rs2,614.88.
On Saturday, per tola price of 24 karat gold moved up by Rs1,600 to reach Rs275,500. Similarly, the price of 10-gram surged by Rs1,372 to settle at Rs236,197.
