Sony announces PlayStation games for iOS and Android

The news comes hot on the heels of Nintendo announcing it is beginning work on mobile games – an industry that has exploded in popularity as smartphones have become more powerful in recent years.

The only downside to this deal appears to be that for now the new business is focusing only on creating games in the Japanese and Asian markets, with no mention of further expansion just yet.
