Actor Kinza Hashmi, who has received widespread praise for her portrayal of Rubab in Leader, visited the National Assembly at the invitation of MNA Romina Khursheed Alam.
Hashmi shared a video of her visit on Instagram, showing her arriving at the National Assembly alongside Romina and viewing an artefact display inside the building.
Romina expressed pride in Hashmi for portraying the lives of politicians before the public and thanked the actor for accepting her invitation on a priority basis.

“Reel politician meets the real politician,” Hashmi wrote in a social media post featuring her with Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar.
The actor also said she had a “productive discussion on critical issues”, particularly those affecting women working in Pakistan’s media industry.
Earlier in July, MNA Jamal Raisani praised Hashmi’s performance in Leader, describing her acting as “phenomenal”.
