AMRITSAR – Amritsar on Sunday echoed with anti-India and Pro-Khalistan slogans as Sikh community staged mass protests during the occasion of ongoing Heart of Asia Conference.
The Sikh community demanded freedom from India and making a separate country which they call ‘Khalistan’.
The participants of the rally also demanded that India should stop committing atrocities in Occupied Kashmir.

The culprits behind the Samjhota Express tragedy should also be brought to justice, they demanded.
Sartaj Aziz from Pakistan arrived in India to attend Heart of Asia conference. The conference has been taking place at a time of heightened tensions between the two nuclear-armed neighbours over Kashmir and continuing skirmishes at the border.
