LAHORE – The ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Thursday claimed a lion’s share of social media trends, with supporters speaking for their leader and the country’s prime minister, Nawaz Sharif, while he appeared before an investigation team probing the Panama Case.
“Nawaz Sharif is my pride” remained the top trend on social media for some time.
On micro-blogging website Twitter, people expressed solidarity with PML-N chief. PM Nawaz Sharif appeared before the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) in Judicial Academy on Thursday without any protocol.
