The multi-talented singer known for his soulful voice, Farhan has been busy as success continues to welcome his every feat.
As the year started, Farhan was working his hours in the studio and making music that we all love. When his song ‘Thodi Deir’ from ‘Half Girlfriend’ hit the market, it became a doorway to everybody’s heart. Hitting millions of views on YouTube, Thodi Deir was a huge success and received raving reviews.
Next we saw Farhan in Coke Studio, Season 10. The revival of golden era of music industry is what Coke Studio has always aimed for. Creating versatile melodies, while paying homage to the classics. Dekh Tera Kya/ Latthay Di Chaddar, produced and directed by Strings, along with powerhouses like Farhan Saeed along with QB was a major hit. Farhan’s soothing vocals hit the composition with all the right notes. His episode in the Coke Studio received outstanding reviews from both critics and audience for all the right reasons.
We also received a bonus track from the singer in the form of ‘Rab Rakha’ from Punjab Nah Jaungi – starring Humayun Saeed, Mehwish Hayat and Urwa Hocane.

Everyone that knows Farhan does acknowledge that he is the star power performing on all fronts of art. His multifaceted personality grasps all the concepts whether it is singing, or acting. All of you who saw Udaari know of this well established fact. Sources have disclosed that he has bagged a leading role in an upcoming movie with Khalil-ur-Rehman as writer and director of the project (Pyare Afzal, Sadqey Tumharey, Punjab Nahi Jaungi). With Mr. Rehman as the genius behind the film, it is sure to be extraordinary (being one of the best playwrights of Pakistan). This will be Farhan’s debut role in a film as the lead.
The movie is expected to hit the cinemas next year. Looking forwards to this highly anticipated project as we see Farhan donning the silver screen.
