Keeping up the tradition of bringing back smiles, Peshawar Zalmi took 13 young cancer patients from Shaukat Khanam Memorial Cancer Hospital to Dubai to witness the dazzling opening ceremony of PSL’s third edition.

Javed Afridi, the owner of the Zalmi, tweeted on Wednesday as “Our special guest from SKMCH arrived safely MashaAllah ! Pakhair Raghlay”.

“We are proud to host these young children. They are our guests and we will make sure that they have a wonderful trip,” Afridi said.

He added: “Everyone at Peshawar Zalmi is very excited for their presence and Zalmi players are looking forward to spending time with them. These children are in fact a source of pride and motivation for us all.”
Besides, witnessing the opening ceremony and matches, the children will visit different places in Dubai during the trip.
The third season of the PSL will kick off in Dubai on February 22 with a star-studded ceremony headed by the legendary Sufi singer Abida Parveen and American pop star Jason Derulo. Pakistani heartthrobs Ali Zafar and Shahzad Roy will also be entertaining fans at the event.
