LAHORE – The newly-elected chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ehsan Mani has removed all the four advisors appointed by his predecessor Najam Sethi, and has disbanded many working committees.
Najam Sethi had appointed Shakil Sheikh, Aizad Saiyed and Salahuddin Sallu and fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar as advisors but Mani relieved them from their duties.
However, Shoaib tweeted on Thursday he has resigned as advisor to PCB chairman.

Shoaib and Salahuddin were paid advisors where Shakil and Aizad were working on an honorary basis in PCB.
Moreover, the chairman has also abolished the non-paid committees including audit, human resources, domestic committees besides the Governor Council of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
