15-year-old disabled Hindu girl raped in Sindh

NAWABSHAH - A 15-year-old deaf and dumb Hindu girl was allegedly raped by a local boy in the area of Kunri, Sindh, police said on Monday.

The father of the victim girl Shiyah Maarit has lodged an application in the police station. It said that the alleged rapist, namely Laxman Labari, is a local resident, who committed the crime some four days ago.

Police have arrested the accused after registering an FIR. Police are busy in investigating the case, however, it will be cleared after the DNA test report whether it was a rape case or not, a police official said.
