KARACHI – Former Pakistani skipper Shahid Afridi in a latest video lauded the services of former military head Raheel Sharif and Premier Nawaz Sharif for restoration of peace in the country.

Afridi, who has not been part of the Pakistani cricket squad for a long period of time, released a video on his official Facebook page in which he wished Pakistanis a happy new year.

In a categoric statement, he appreciated the whole team of former Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for visible improvement regarding law and order situation in the country for the year 2016.
