KARACHI (Web Desk) – Saudi Aviation Authority has sent a show cause notice to Pakistan International Airline (PIA) over violating international law regarding aviation maintenance.
The authority is likely to charge 10, 000 Riyals from PIA. The aviation authority warned that PIA would have been responsible if any untoward incident had taken place.
The notice was sent when ground generator of Faisalabad-Jeddah PIA flight PK-740 got out of order after reaching at Jeddah airport.
The airplane sank into darkness. Increased humidity and suffocation led the passengers to protest against PIA.Cabin crew of PIA deplaned the passengers in light of torches.
