Three of a family killed as train rams into motorbike in Gojra

GOJRA: A Lahore-bound train on Tuesday rammed into a bike killing three members of a family in Gojra, local media reported.

The train, Shalimar Express, was going to Lahore from Karachi when three people, including two brothers and one sister, riding on a bike tried to cross the open railway crossing.

Due to the speed, the driver of the train could not stop the train in time. After the incident, the parts of the bike scattered around.

Later, the local people stopped the train in protest after the incident.

Earlier this year, six people died when a train hit a car in Gojra.
