Hold on internet: Mehreen Syed has just shared perfect diet plan for Ramadan

LAHORE- Scrolling through social media, one may come across a picture of Mehreen Syed’s interview. In this interview, the supermodel has shared many secrets, like how does she keep herself fit in Ramadan, what is her pet peeve, and how does she spend her day while fasting.

While all the answers are interesting, one answer caught our (well! everyone’s) attention. She shared the perfect diet plan for people who are fasting during Ramadan. When the interviewer asked if she had any advice for people who were fasting, she innocently said:

“I would suggest, avoid overeating during sehri as it will make you hungry faster! Instead, eat smaller meals throughout the day and after iftar. Plus staying hydrated is key!

Listen y’all, Syed is right. You gotta stay hydrated, after all, it’s 16 hours long fast. Also, don’t forget to take “smaller meals throughout the day” after sehri and before iftar.
