LAHORE – Chief Minister Punjab, Sardar Buzdar took notice of the incident summoned a report from the inspector general of Punjab after the video of two women were brutally thrashed by the local shop owners went viral. The video on the incident went viral on social video, which shows two women accused of stealing clothes from a shop in Lahore’s Batapur area were brutally thrashed by the local shop owners. Cantonment SP Ameen Asif said they would have taken action had the incident been reported. SP Ameen added that a search was underway for the men and women seen in the video. According to reports, one accused is identified as Ijaz, a garment shop owner and head of the Kabbadi Association.
